Delivery Information

SHIPPING: Please inspect your items when they arrive. If a product was damaged during shipping you must notify us within 3 days of receiving merchandise via phone or email at titansaws@gmail.com.

RETURNS: We will refund credit for unused items only, not shipping, to customer who returns item stating that it was not what they expected or wanted. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all the parts included. There is no warranty for damaged products due to improper packaging for return shipments. Please note we are not responsible for refunds for shipping. Valid within 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will also apply.
